A full Nike contracted athlete, Elsa has also worked worked with various national women’s teams and is currently involved at the Nike Football center in Soweto

Spinning Sessions

A spinning workout of 45 minutes may allow you to burn around 500 calories, which is a huge amount when compared to other types of workout.

When you pedal faster, you are likely to burn fat. When you pedal slower and have a higher tension, you will work your muscles.

You can track your watt/kg  progress, which is also a motivating factor.

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Muscle Building. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.
